Sarah Bumgardner, Director of Partnerships and Member Engagement at AAFMAA recently discussed changing the landscape of how companies think about hiring Veterans, servicemembers and military spouses with co-host Richard Comitz, Senior Vice President at American Corporate Partners.

They covered issues servicemembers and Veterans face after leaving Active Duty when trying to secure a job in the civilian workforce, and then posed the same question about military spouses.

Comitz weighed in on how ACP is helping to change the perception some companies hold about hiring from the military community and what those job candidates can do to better prepare themselves for careers outside the military.
